With the removal of the temporary cottage from the St. Andrews location (2916 Broad River Road), limited services have now shifted to the Richland Library Operations Center (130 Lancewood Road). Hours of operation are as follows: Mon 4-8pm; Tues 4-8pm; Wed 9am-1pm; Fri 2-6pm; Sat 9am-3:30pm. In addition to picking up holds, there is also a drop-off box for materials.
