SandhillsAs we head into the holiday season, members of our community are writing notes, sharing memories and saying goodbye to the current Richland Library Sandhills building (1 Summit Parkway). Staff are preparing to move to our new 30,000 square-foot facility (763 Fashion Drive), which is expected to reopen in February 2017.
