WheatleyDuring the weeks of January 8th and 15th, you'll see additional changes taking place on the outside of Richland Library Wheatley. The brickwork is in place for the new Woodrow St. side patio, the windows have been replaced, and you'll be greeted by new landscaping features in the parking lot and along the perimeter of the property.
