Main Lower Parking Lot--NOW OPEN

Who gets excited about a newly paved parking lot and plumbing repair? We do. The lower parking lot at Richland Library Main has been re-opened and offers more parking for our customers. The Garden Level is still under construction, but great progress is being made--including plumbing repair. While these updates and upgrades aren't the most exciting changes we're making, we're thrilled to see these improvements happen because we know that it will impact your experience at Richland Library.
