As seen on WLTX, Richland Library is preparing for the renovation and reconfiguration of its Southeast location. It temporarily closed the building to the public on October 21, 2017. The library plans to shift services to an onsite construction cottage in the coming weeks. It is the first time that any improvements will be made to the Southeast location since relocating to the current facility in 1992.
