Temporary Closures at St. Andrews

In preparation for construction, Richland Library St. Andrews will temporarily close on Saturday, September 24, and reopen on Monday, October 10 in it's new construction cottage. By shifting services to the cottage, the library can maintain the same hours and services and stay open during the duration of renovations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
